Summary:  

Myco Medical is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join the company at the company’s HQ in Apex, NC. Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, this critical position will leverage the power of data to analyze and plan out supply chain scenario in support of robust decision making. Moreover, the role will interface with a diverse team across Global Suppliers, Quality / Regulatory, Sales, Customer Service, and external partners to actively support a vendor management and procurement strategy that enables the service and growth of the company’s product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate supply chain activities based on data driven analytics between demand forecasting and supply planning / inventory management towards effective procurement decision making and alignment of inventory and supply of products within the Supply Chain network.
  • Support and coordinate sales analysis and demand scenario planning towards increasing product and customer intelligence that can be leveraged to maximize new business opportunities in support of procurement and investment decisions. 
  • Actively liaise and track performance metrics with international vendor partners and service providers to place, manage and track orders while establishing and fostering strong collaborative relationships internally and externally. 
  • Drive knowledge management activities including documentation of meeting minutes and action items during internal and external alignment team meetings.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort and other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of progressive supply chain experience particularly centered around demand and supply analytics and planning with demonstrated track record of effectively supporting complex supply chains and being a contributing team member internally and with vendors. Vendor management and logistics experience a plus.
  • Preference for experience within regulated manufacturing industries particularly medical device / life sciences.
  • BS or BA degree, APICS CSCP/CPIM certification a plus.
  • Some off-hour schedule flexibility (< 10%) to work with international vendors as required. 

Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement and inventory principles / tools / techniques including use of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • MUST HAVE excellent analytical capabilities combined with a passion for data analysis based on an investigative / problem-solving mind. 
  • Demonstrated high Excel proficiency as well as solid financial and software acumen (MS Office, Power BI) towards effectively leveraging data for comprehensive decision-making.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while functioning well in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
